Meet Don and Roberta Boychuk

We are both Mortgage Professionals and work together to provide friendly personal attention to each and every customer and all their mortgage needs.

We don't believe in the factory style team or have a staff of assistants. You can reach Don on his direct line at 604-290-5650.  Roberta does all the paperwork and submits your mortgage to the lender for approval.

We strive to make the mortgage process as simple and easy as possible.  Using the phone, fax & email we do all the necessary work to get your mortgage approved. Once it is approved we will set up a meeting, at your Convenience, and Don goes through all the mortgage details and answers all of your questions and concerns.

We are always up to date on all the mortgage industry information by attending meetings and conferences with the lenders, CMHC, GE and Economists. Changes in rates and policies are in our daily emails and correspondence.

We will coach you on what to do to be able to qualify for a mortgage in the future
If you like, we can work with you to do the things necessary to be able to obtain a mortgage

We will ensure that when you are pre approved or approved it is guaranteed
There are a lot of people right now writing offers on pre approvals that are no more than a rate hold.  Be careful on this, especially on no subject offers. Your mortgage is not final until the lender is fully satisfied with your credit, employment, and value of the property
